An error occurred while saving the comment Do all registered customers get the option to pay on account or only some? If it's restricted then customer groups could work here but you're also talking further development to allow payment methods to be restricted by user group in addition to the account option.
When they pay on account how is the order treated? Payment pending or payment collected? Note this would affect also whether digital products get delivered instantly or at some point later.
Would the system need to track the amount owing on customer accounts or is that done offline/in another system?

Invoices & Delivery notes can already be customised in v2 or higher.
An error occurred while saving the comment Printable Invoices (and delivery notes) can already be styled in the template editor.
Quotations currently do not have a printable version to style.
All emails are sent as plain text for maximum compatibility with email clients.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a good idea in theory, but many merchants may not understand what H1, H2, etc are.
I agree that having new fields on content and categories to allow these to be edited would be good ... but it would ultimately be set in the template. So even if the field is called "H1" in the admin, that doesn't mean it will actually be a H1 in the template.
Would it be better to say "Have 2-3 additional fields on content and categories that can be used for SEO purposes in templates"?

An error occurred while saving the comment If it's a physical voucher then this can be accomplished by simply listing it as a product.
Do you mean offering the ability to create a coupon automatically on checkout and email it to the recipient?

Have 2 different Stock Texts per product, 1 shown when it is in-stock and 1 shown when out-of-stock.
2 votesAn error occurred while saving the comment It is already possible in the template to change the message shown for "Out of stock" or "In stock". For example instead of reading "In stock" you could have it display "Available now". Is this what you mean on this one?

This is already a planned addition to the V3 product editor.
Once complete the product editor will use an AJAX uploader allowing multiple file selection and upload.
In addition, it is already possible to upload multiple images to products using the Content Uploader in V3 with a ZIP file.

An error occurred while saving the comment You can now do something similar to this by including the images in a zip file along with the Excel sheet and simply referencing the image name in the TeaserImageURL Field.
Alternatively you can drop that field all together and simply rename the image files....
So for a product with the ProductCode "XKJ123" you would name the first image XKJ123.jpg ... the second image XKJ123_1.jpg and so on. .png is also suported.
The only issue with this is that there is a limit of 5MB on the file if you wish to upload directly... however if you use DropBox and upload the zip file to your "Public" folder in yuor DropBox account (or any similar file syncing/sharing account) you can use the "upload via web address" tab in V3 to give it the public URL to your file for import.

An error occurred while saving the comment How else would you show them?
If you turn off the "Show stock levels" option under Content -> Display settings then it will simply show "In Stock" or "Out of stock" on your products, regardless of options or not.
I can't see any other way to give a concise indication of stock when options are involved.
Would you want all options listed in the teaser with individual stock levels? Could get quite big.

An error occurred while saving the comment There is nothing that I find more annoying when signing up to sites or ordering items online than to be forced to enter my email address twice... but then again I make sure I get it right the first time.
Probably a good idea to get people to enter it twice, but I wouldn't prevent copy/paste for those of us that know what we're doing ;)

An error occurred while saving the comment -1 is used to indicate that an item is "always in stock".
Would this be better done with a setting to determine whether nil-stock items should be allowed to be purchased?
i.e.
Allow items with zero stock to be checked out: Yes/No

Currently in progress including partial dispatch.
An error occurred while saving the comment Cancellation is already possibly, but editing orders that have not yet been dispatched would be a good idea.
Hi there. The login screen asks for email address because that is what is required to identify your user account.
We are in the process of implementing the ability for users to belong to multiple stores as well as allowing stores to have multiple users. The switch over to user accounts instead of store usernames happened about 3 weeks ago.
With regard the email delivery, unfortunately we have no control over how long an email sent from our system takes to arrive in your inbox. This is governed by a number of factors.
I would be happy to discuss these matters in more detail with you if you wish, just give us a call on 08456 171265 Option 2, 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and ask for me (Lee).
With regards the site being "very basic" ... could you elaborate a little? The system supports advanced HTML/CSS based templates and there is a huge amount of functionality and flexibility. If you feel that something is missing please give me a call as I'm sure it will be in the system already... maybe just not active on your store.
