  Yup - 18 months ago we actually moved to operating a separate back end system to cover for the fact that we couldn't do this in EWS. Customers otherwise had to cancel an order and get a refund, then place another order, just so they could change one item! Otherwise we had to accept that what we'd actually supplied was not the same as what EWS thought we'd supplied. Neither way was acceptable to us. If this gets integrated into EWS we may be able to move back to using just EWS again. :D

  Cancellation is already possibly, but editing orders that have not yet been dispatched would be a good idea.

  I agree a must, also returns is a must to.

  This really is a Must Please, It would make life so much easier to be able to correct an order when the customer makes a change on the Invoice.
