Allow store owners and admins to create "issues/tickets" attached to an order.
When a product is received damaged for example. Customer phones up, issue is raised.
A seperate page for viewing orders with issues.
Ability to print an updated invoice on resolution (i.e. refund, replace, credit note, etc.)

Great stuff. This is another reason why we currently have to use a separate back end system. Integration could lead toward a single system for us, which would be great.
