In Admin area when you go to diffrent sections have product code and tile on each admin page.

The whole site is very basic and needs improving,
Start with the login screen for merchant > asks for your email and password, should ask for your username and password, when you click forgotten password, it asks for your email which is correct, the sending of email is slow toke about 20mins for me to receive an email from you, which told me my user name but not my password. Totaly useless!!!

List stock numbers on order pages
Listing stock numbers of items bought on the order pages in the admin area is essential to easily locate items for despatch (this happened in version 2).

Allow a store to have multiple domains
Allow a store to have multiple domains associated with it. One domain is "Primary" and all others get automatically 301'd to the primary.

Allowing seperate box for barcoding to be added to product content
Both Amazon and Ebay allow barcodes to be added to your product page, this allows the customer who have access to barcode scanners to purchase direct from stores who have this items barcoded.

Change fax to mobile
On the checkout page, it says fax underneath phone number. Would be good if could change from fax to mobile, so customers can leave a phone number plus a mobile.

product features needs a search option
it takes to long to find the item your selling in the product features tab, you should be able to put in a keyword and the relevant options come up to chose from instead of scrolling through hundreds of options

Styling Of Quotations & Invoices
It would be a good idea to include more style in the quotations sent to email & invoices. At the moment they look quite plain. It would be good if the quotations would look more like they do in the admin area

Different way to apply discount on orders
In the business I work for we give discount on a percentage basis rather than stating it as X amount of pounds off teh total. It would be good if in the order admin area, that when you input 10 in the discount field, this will take 10% off the order as an alternative option

order the list of customers by latest customer first
in customer view the list is oldest customer first - this is the least relevant info! Please order the list of customers by latest customer first

Allow sorting of products when viewing inventory
When in the product inventory, allow me to sort products by clicking on the headers (i.e Product Code, Short Description, Price, Quantity.)

Allow free Shipping with the purchase of a product or group of products
It would be very useful to be able to run a free shipping promotion if a customer was to buy a certain product or group of products...currently you cannot select Shipping Value and then be able to select a product or group of products..

That H1,2 and 3 Tags are editable from Category or Product pages
With SEO so important today just getting the correct key words and the balance correct in the text is not enough. Google now expect that the H1,2 and 3 tags also have a balance of key words and Key Phrases.
As the H1,2 and 3 tags are not easily editable making them so would be a geat I dea I think.
Then this could be done quickly using the csv import screens.

Have a gifting feature where you can purchase an e-card gift voucher to be sent to the receiver to have it posted to you as on the Juicy Couture website

Allow coupons to apply to groups of products/categories
I need to often give a coupon to certain product category, and currently I have to click every product in the category it would be much easier and be very quick to be able to click the category...or even be able to group products together (across categories) and save for later. Failing this the ability to be able to copy a coupon and change the name would be a good idea, so you only have to set it up once...

Allow Free Gift With Purchase Coupon
It can be useful when running a promotion or simply needing to send out your latest catalog/magazine to be able to add a free gift with every purchase, or be able to get 'x' for free when a customer buys 'y'. As this allows the stock to be tracked and to make sure when the order is picked and packed it is included as it is in the order.

Allow merchants to edit their email confirmation messages
Currently confirmation emails (of registration/login change/order etc) are set by EWS. Can merchants have an area where they can taylor their own confirmation messages please?
