integration with Aweber
This is also a really popular email software like getresponse
Integration with email software is a bit of a deal breaker as it's so important to build customer relations.
Any chance of adding it on the list?

Aweber integration is already part of the system and is available under the version 3 admin area’s addons page.
Currently this allows you to connect to your Aweber account and once connect you can select which list to subscribe the customer to on a per-product basis.
Future development includes selecting of a generic list for all orders.

Allow merchants to edit their email confirmation messages
Currently confirmation emails (of registration/login change/order etc) are set by EWS. Can merchants have an area where they can taylor their own confirmation messages please?

in version 3, display customer's email & phone no.
at the moment this does not appear on the main order page in version 3

should be able to upload more than one image at a time to a product
I suggest making it so you can upload more than one image at a time to a product!
If you have a folder full of images, and want to add more than one image at a time, it would save time being able to hold 'ctrl' down on all the images you require to upload to the product, so you re not searching through your images multiple times

This is already a planned addition to the V3 product editor.
Once complete the product editor will use an AJAX uploader allowing multiple file selection and upload.
In addition, it is already possible to upload multiple images to products using the Content Uploader in V3 with a ZIP file.

Make it so the site displays 'out of stock' items after items in stock
Automatically Displaying products which are 'out of stock' after products that are 'in stock'!

Additional Fields for Request Quotation
Unless I'm missing the point, isn't the idea of a quotation request for out of the ordinary orders where additional details are required. Yet the request quotation, doesn't have any fields to pass this data on. For example international shipping costs (what country are they from) or a details box for requesting special arrangements. Is this something that can be added?

option to only ship to cardholders address on orders over a certain value
It would be good to have an option in the admin area to specify the maximum value for an order that will be eligible to be shipped to an address that is not the card holders address.
i.e. If order value is greater than £50 only allow shipping to billing address.

stock levels messages need to reflect product options with stock levels
When showing stock levels on teasers of products that have advanced options, the stock level is the sum of all option stock levels.
This can be misleading to customers, especially if the options and add to cart etc are not shown on the teasers.
Need to split the stock level message into seperate stock levels for each option or in some way indicate that there are different options.

Have 2 different Stock Texts per product, 1 shown when it is in-stock and 1 shown when out-of-stock.

Have a flag on the product that determines how it should behave when it goes to nil-stock.
At present when a product runs out of stock its stock level goes to stock level 0 which makes it unavailable to purchase. How about having the option for it to automatically go to stock level -1, thereby staying on sale even though it is out of stock?

Referral system with commission

Make it so you can search orders by payment type

Ensure that the custom page not found / 404 shows for all pages
Some pages cause the generic / standard IIS 404 error page to show, the storefront 404 page is a little more firendly and should be used in all cases.

Mailchimp is email marketing suite which offers free accounts if you have less then 500 subscribers and send less then 3000 emails per month.

RMA/Order Issues
Allow store owners and admins to create "issues/tickets" attached to an order.
When a product is received damaged for example. Customer phones up, issue is raised.
A seperate page for viewing orders with issues.
Ability to print an updated invoice on resolution (i.e. refund, replace, credit note, etc.)

Admin: Sort / filter products by stock level
Allow admins to sort and filter their admin-side product lists by stock level.
Also allow admins to apply these same filters to the downloadable tab-delimited file.

Ability to edit stock/price on one big page
Its very redious to have to go into each product to change the stock levels and or pricing etc. Can we have those and a few other commonly edited product properties available in colums in the products list page and then one big update button at the bottom? This should work in the products search results page too

Ask for confirmation of email address when an order is taken
Ask customer to re-enter email address to minimise chance of customer error.
