Show sold items as 'sold' on the mobile website
On the desktop website items are shown as 'available' or 'sold'/'out of stock' not so on the mobile site. I am often getting people requesting to purchase already sold items when they use the mobile website. It would be nice if sold items were marked as 'sold' or 'out of stock' when viewing the mobile website. Thanks.

Upload Images to a Library that can be seen and managed from in Dashboard
I know that EWS have plans to update your image manager, which will be good, but I would like to be able to see what images are stored and edit/remove them as necessary from the Dashboard.

Better/Easier image editor/manager please
The current method of uploading images to the site seems a bit elderly and limited. Thumbnails don't show or have the option to give them a name. Only called image 1, 2, 3 etc. So you cannot see the image until you select it! Any chance of having something a bit more sophisticated and easier to work with?

Offer Multibuy Discounts
A product is marked as £1
*imagine a red banner across the top right of a few products on the catalogue page saying 'Buy 3 for £2.50' or 'Buy 3 get 1 free'
Then when a customer adds 3 to their cart, it charges them £2.50 instead of £3.
Supermarkets do this all the time, so it obviously works and this functionality should be on the site without doubt

Bulk Order Editor with loads more information visible
Have a basic seller dashboard so you can see, all on one screen simultaneously:
customer notes on orders
see and edit merchant notes
see all orders at the same time, ie. dispatched orders, orders on hold, etc.Currently there is a lot of area for mistakes with orders, not being able to see order notes or orders in different statuses without remembering to click into orders and seeing if there are any orders on hold, etc.

Have all the order statuses viewable simultaneously on the bulk order page
If an order is 'on hold' it may be missed if you have to click the dropdown menu to see it. If it is all on one page, viewable just by scrolling down, and it is with all the other 'payment collected' orders, etc. this will prevent mistakes, and forgotten orders

Ability to enter selected number of options/variants .
When entering colours/sizes as variants to be able to select tne number that you need rather than keep clicking add option button.
Also to be able to copy the variants/options from 1 product to another1 vote -
add an ability to edit the website visitor list to remove malformed emails, dead emails etc.. to maintain a clean list for bulk emailing
emails are collected from visitors who sign up for newsletters or of course place orders. When using this list as entry to a bulk emailer this must be cleaned to remove rubbish and dead emails etc.. At the moment that has to be done each time the list is exported and it would be great to be able to change the source list and keep it clean and accurate.

Data Feed Export Option - make it able to seleect a category to export & amend
Rather than exporting the whole data feed from your products and having to look through them and find which you require
would be very handy to be able to choose which category to export, then you can amend the products easier within

When you click through an order as despatched, make it so you can add a date to it
this is in case you forget to click through an order as despatched, so you can add the correct date so when the customer received their automated email it will say the correct date.
also
if you are ahead of your self and have booked in your courier in advance you can click it as despatched and the date it will be sent out, then you wont have to remember to go back to it and click it through as despatched1 vote -

Can we have stock control when using multiple drop down boxes on items
Some of my products can have 9 colours and 6 sizes = 54 options.
I have to use multiple drop down boxes for customers to select size and colour but when using this option stock control is not available for each individual option.1 vote -

Heading widths
On our site, if we play around with headings, the individual headings within the heading area do not automatically resize so the site looks terrible. Can this area be written to resize automatically when changes are made?

The whole site is very basic and needs improving,
Start with the login screen for merchant > asks for your email and password, should ask for your username and password, when you click forgotten password, it asks for your email which is correct, the sending of email is slow toke about 20mins for me to receive an email from you, which told me my user name but not my password. Totaly useless!!!

There is no VAT on books
The VAT on site is calculated on every item but books are VAT exempt and we have to calculate it all manually.
